To the City of Entertainment.........

In another few hours time, I will be at Golden Mile... haha.. Waiting to catch a coach up to Genting~ I remembered I was there 2 years ago, after my internship.. went with dearest Mummy.. Just the 2 of us.. haha... Now, we have another headcount.. Beh beh yi~ HAHA! *welcome*

I've just lohei-ed in office... So, Cai Shen, please let me win some money in the casino... Haha! I'm not greedy.. Enough to buy a good meal can already.. haha! Huat arh~

Gambling is not the main reason why I enjoy going up to Genting.. It is the weather that I love~ haha! Though Genting has changed so much over the years, the weather is still as cool as before (though 1-2 degrees higher now =P) Mummy loves Genting.. haha~ So, being a good daughter (ahem), I shall go up the moutains again.. HAHA!

I'll be back soon =) With pictures (taken by my trusty k800i, coz I don't have a digi cam at home).. hee~ I shall enjoy breathing clouds, eating clouds, sleeping and walking everywhere with clouds of Genting for the next 3 days.........

Southern Ridges V2

Went for my Southern Ridges expedition for the Second time =) Weather was lovely.. Not too hot and humid.. it was fair and breezy.. Perfect for a relaxing stroll! Since I last conquered the trail from Mount Faber to Hort Park.. We decided to 'complete' the trail and started off from Kent Ridge Park.. in an attempt to end off at the lovely Hort Park..

The distance from Kent Ridge Park to Hort Park is amazingly short.. haha! It was like a quarter of how much we walked then (compared to Mt Faber to Hort Park) =P

Nevertheless, it was nice to be close to nature.. The sun, the fresh air, the birds, the insects and the trees.. Oh ya, looking at green objects bring health benefits too~ haha... Though there were occassional love bites from mosquitoes.. Trekking along nature's trails is a good alternative to loitering around human-infested shopping malls..

We started off from the Canopy Walk.. towards the 'museum' called Reflection at Bukit Chandu...

It's a vv quiet and deserted museum.. I wonder who goes there... But as a Pure History student (back in cedar days), I'm naturally more interested in Singapore History... haha! I would love to visit the museum.. But I think I needa pay to get it wor, and it is already about to close anyway.. btw, it closes at 5pm... Nvm... Next time perhaps! =)

We left the museum and decided to walk to the Hort Park... So, we went back to the canopy walk (where we came from), turned to another path that leads to the Hort Park... From the Canopy walk trail, this was what we saw below..

Reminds me of the Initial D racetrack.. Mr Koh said it's called 发夹弯.. does it resemble the hair pin? haha... I was hoping to find 藤原豆腐's Toyota AE86... bo leh~ =P

Our expedition ended after we detoured back to Jr (Hort Park back to Kent Ridge Park)... So......... Where else haven't I conquer?

18/03 CNY gathering at Kevin's Place

Gathering at Kevin's place is an annual affair for the 18/03 =) Without fail.. It would be funny if we didnt go to his place.. haha.. The usual things we do are gambling, eating, updating each other on our lives... just mingling and lazing around his place.. Some girls are already out working, while most of the guys are still having fun in school... *envy* Goodness~ It's been 5 long years... I'm glad we still meet up for suppers/ dinners...

18/03 is not the loud, playful and entertaining kinda class compared to Felicia and Shiyou's... Haha! I would say each has its own unique characteristics.. I will leave it to Felicia and Shiyou to tell you the amazing and funny incidents that happened in their class... HAHA~

Back to 18/03... They are the most fun loving people i've met in jc.. The guys in class are predominantly quiet, but if you trigger their funny bone, you'll be surprised at how lame they can be... The most memorable thing they did was buying every girl in class a stalk of rose each during prom night.. I was touched to tears.. Did I? But I think I did.. Haha...... Never expected this from them........

The girls on the other hand, are the noiser bunch.. What can you expect when suku girls like Qian ru, Seetoh, Liying, Huijun and Lifang and me come together.. We never fail to turn up at every outing... =) I'll always remember lab lessons, mohan lessons, PE lessons, tutorial lessons, Lectures, break times....... Studying/remedial together in library....... Aww~ I miss school! It was so much fun!!! Though we've all grown up and left school (AJ) long ago.. But I'm glad our paths crossed............. Friends forever~

Ok, back to the gathering.. haha! I've steered off track...

River Hongbao 2009

Location for the yearly 'River Hongbao' has been changed to the floating platform (near flyer) this year... Haha! Just nice, I get to visit the platform for the first time.. =)

The weather was cool and breezy that evening, making it extra comfy to stroll along the walkway...

Chinese New Year (Volume 23)

Today is the 4th day of the Chinese New Year and I'm still feeling the CNY mood... everywhere.. haha.. This year, I welcomed the Year of the Ox at Chinatown with my family...

Visited my auntie later in the evening.. Brought the kids down to Mc Donald's coz the adults needed some peace at home.. haha! They were simply too noisy at home.. disturbing the serenity of the quiet neighbourhood... =P

Lucky I had Ah Qi with me........ I can't handle 2 of the same kind.. They just cannot stop moving, shouting, laughing.. They are super super hyper... I don't even have a quarter of their energy... HAHA! Goodness... I need to train up and be on par with them... If not how I handle my kids in future.. I dare not think.. =P Time to watch Power Rangers/ Ben Ten cartoons.. These things seem to recharge them... haha...
They are still adorable when they've quieten down.. haha! Lil Jia Xin changed into her sexy cheongsam.. Too bad picture blur... =P

Mr. Yen asked Auntie why she give me.. Auntie replied,"Because she is vv nice ma, guai......" HAHA! Aww..................... See, I help Auntie serve visitors/clients drinks when she is busy de k, good girl~... (I'm just trying to eat snake) hahahaha................
