Dynasty Night~

Went for KTV session again~ After being absent from the 'singing scene' for quite some time.. HAHA! I miss the mic.. and I definitely miss the sleazy ktv... hahaha~

Went with the usual suspects...

Pinhan and Jasmine~

Huixian and Weiting~

Haha... and we sang till the cows came home.. and we went for our usual tau huay and you tiao after singing before parting.. It was great singing out the stress that I've been bottling up during that week... =P Good company, great cheers...

I went back home to clear emails and worked till 3.40am~

Was comtemplating if I should go sing or stay at home to work that night... I'm glad I made the right choice... =)

Small food has been missing from the scene for quite some time... And here's small food #6!

Welcome back to the world of small food =) Too cute to resist... and looks as exquisite as before.. It's no wonder why they are not cheap..

Anyone wants a bowl of noodles with pig shaped 'fishcake'? hahaha... You'll get a nice pig spoon to drink the soup as well =)

Oh ya, you'll be given a spoonful of corn as well.. On the house! =) hahaha...

Please remember to use the pig coaster given.. Noodle uncle doesnt want his customers to burn his table.. =P

Have a good meal! =) hahahhaha...

I can hear the bells ringing~

Nope..... Not the ice cream man's bells.. but Christmas bells ringing everywhere~

And it's telling me, that Christmas is coming! The time of the year has come, increased rainfall, cooler weather, colourful street lights and Christmas decorations outside shopping malls, festive songs and shopping discounts!!!! hahahha... =P

I particularly enjoy the gift exchanges and buying stuff for everyone in the family~ =) End of the year is always a time to relax, enjoy and spreading of warmth...

Orchard road is transformed into a colourful wonderland~

Shall slowly welcome Christmas =) *jingle bells, jingle bells.. Santa Claus is coming to town*

My trip to the Science Centre - Body Worlds~

Went to the Science Centre last Sunday for the Body Worlds exhibition... Rem I've been to the previous one too.. But that was a few years ago.. haha! We decided to head to the Science Centre for the exhibition this year, thinking that the tix should be relatively affordable.. haha.. But later realised it cost 20 bucks to get in.. We went in anyways, since we travelled so far to the west =)

Me with the tickets.. haha.. we paid an extra 1 buck to gain entrance to the other parts of Science Centre.. We should have come earlier, there's so much to explore in the Science Centre~
No photography was allowed in the exhibition premise, so therefore, I don't any pictures of the exhibits.. But but, it was definitely an eye opener.. The human body is amazing~ From conception to death, the body goes through alot of changes at every stage in life..

There's alot to read, alot to understand, but one interesting fact which I remembered from the exhibition was that, life span is normally proportionate to body size... That explains why rodents, ants, cockroaches and other smaller animals die faster.. Whereas huge ones like elephants, whales and all live for much longer.. And humans, don't exactly follow this trend~ We manage to 'outlive' our 'expected livespan' if we were to calculate according to the 'trend'... haha.. how cool is that?

Haha! Maybe coz I've never taken Biology before, therefore, everything was pretty new and foreign to me.. it was an interesting exhibition!.. ok, enough of reflections.. back to the 'tour'............ =)

We made sure we read every board and scrutinised every exhibit to make our money's worth.. haha.. and left the exhibition hall few hrs later =P

We proceeded to other parts of the Science Centre... =)

There was the electric chair.. You can pay to get a shock =P

Went to the Antartica/Artic (I'm not sure where.. haha.. But I was at some section describing life at some cold cold place) with some hunks =P hahaha...

And I entered a small enclosed space to experience the greenhouse effect.. I don't feel any difference, just that it's a lil warmer and the small space reeks of some decomposing organisms.. hahha.. I don't know where it came from (there was nothing inside really) =P

Played with the exhibits like some primary school kids.. haha.. The place looks pretty much the same... nothing much has changed since my last excursion trip to the Science Centre in Primary School...

We made our way to another section.. I think it's the germs and bacteria section =P

So cute! Such a cute wallpaper... Will be so suitable as wallpaper for kindergartens or play schools.. Kids will love it.. I love it so much.. I think the kids will definitely do =) HAHA!

I made him draw the curtains to let sunlight in =P hahhaa...

And I hid under a mouth infected with virus.. haha.. maybe that explains why I was sick days later.. =P
Well done mouth~ hahaha...

I waited for a bus...

And the sars bus came.. Look who's driving the bus~ =P

Time for some manhunt show............ *drumroll*

I think I look better in it... hahhahaha~ =)

Mr. Koh's Birthday Celebration

Mr Koh's birthday was spent at Pulau Ubin... hahahha... Very adventurous and strenuous birthday celebration indeed...

Met up early to have Mac Donald's Breakfast... and off we went, to the Eastern side of Singapore... Had to catch a short boat ride to the small island.. It feels like we're going 'overseas'... hahaha...

We alighted the boat and rented a bicycle from the numerous bicycle shops on the island.. haha.. We were spoilt for choice, but I guess the prices don't vary very much... We settled for our little bicycles and headed into the woods... haha..

Fearing that the weather would spoil our plans, we were proved wrong! haha...The weather was absolutely fair and sunny (scorching in fact).. and it was a great day for outdoor activities... (if you intend to get a nice tan =P)

Me and my red bicycle... hahha.. I don't know why, but my bicycle seemed to be extra springy.. haha.. I was 'hopping' up and down while riding the bicycle.. haha.. feels like im in a cicus can =P Can't bear to see the stares from passer-bys seeing me 'hop' up and down in my seat.. It was embarassing.. HAHA! I had to endure it for a good 5 hrs.... =P

His bicycle.. Blue for boy, red for girl~ hahaha... It was coincidental =P

For most of the time, I didnt really know where we were, or where we were going.. haha! But then with my personal GPS: Mr Koh, if I'm unsure of our whereabouts, he would be able to clarify all my doubts instantly.. haha.. Well done! (coz he has been to the island for duno how many times, while it's my second) Must be pretty boring for him, to be here on his birthday... haha.. =P

But then, we managed to find some suagus in front of the temple, to celebrate his birthday with him.. hahaha... These turtles were wishing him "Happy Birthday".. LONGEVITY! Though they said it silently, I could feel it =P

Stop running away from me!!

By then, I was really tired and tanned (didnt like to apply sunblock and stuff, so I was really toasted)......... Gruelling ride around the island.. haha... I was soaked with perspiration.. HAHA! no kidding.. This is like my few jogging sessions combined into one.. (maybe I can skip a few jogging sessions after that).. hahhaa...

We stop over at their resorts (as it was opened to public) for a stroll... It was previously opened for its resort stayers only..

and found a hut to hide away from the sun... haha... Vv hot! =P That place reminds me of Turi Beach in Batam...

Thereafter, we continued our ride... we decided to visit Chek Jawa... after a few km of riding.. and we started strolling along the boardwalk to appreciate the nature..

Soon, it was time to head home... haha... back to the main island for a nice refreshing shower =)

I was burnt... burnt and really burnt! OUCH~~~~

Went for a quick shower at a public toilet.. haha.. and we adjourned to ECP JUMBO for crab feast! =) hahahaha.. We're big fans of chilli crabs... He eats almost every part of the crab, but I only like the GONG! (pincers)... haha... It's sad to know that crabs have only 2 pincers... I hope I get to eat a deformed crab, with many gongs next time =P

Sorry, eating.. no time to entertain you... =P

Satisfying meal after a tiring afternoon... haha!

Happy Birthday Mr. Koh! =)

Mr. Koh's Birthday Eve Celebration

Went for dim sum buffet the day before Mr. Koh's birthday =) We stuffed ourselves crazy, coz it was a buffet!! haha.. prawns were the highlight of the dim sums... almost all the food we ordered had prawns in them.. I became terrified of prawns after that meal, coz not only did i eat alot of prawns, a portion of prawn meat + shell got stuck in my throat for a good 1 hr... haha... horrible =P

Nevertheless, it was enjoyable being able to eat alot without worrying about how much the meal will end up to cost.. haha...

Went to watch Jennifer's body after the meal... haha.. and I must say Megan Fox is hot.. Very attractive and sexy... haha.. every man's dream girl =P A teenage flick I would say... Been a long time since I've caught such a movie.. something which I can't make sense of~ But it's refreshing once in a while..

Was taken aback too know that it rained while we were watching the movie.. But heaved a sigh of relief when I realized that the rain had stopped.. haha.. Was worried coz I had planned a 'surprsie' gathering with COKTY for Mr. Koh... haha.. and rain meant that our beach bar/restaurant gathering would be unable to carry out as planned..

Slowly 'forced' Mr. Koh to go Sentosa with me in the evening.. hahaha.. he must be wondering why I would want to go Sentosa late in the evening, almost end of the day already =P But wells.. haha.. had to find all ways and means to 'act' all the way.. haha...

Finally met up with COKTY and gfs at Coastes.. bar/restaurant at Siloso Beach... hahaha..It was not easy keeping it from him due to the occasional sms-es and it was extremely difficult to make calls to them when I'm with Mr. Koh.. =P

But still, I think we all did a good job in 'surprising' him.. hahhaa...

Jingyi and Benny were Cake ICs... haha..

Mr Koh and I~

Our Yummy Hawaiian Pizza =)

Since we were on the beach, we had lotsa space to move ard.. haha.. and fool ard..

Few of us went off secretly to bring the choc to the table.. haha.. And I guess it was not a secret to Mr Koh anymore as we had an emcee to 'announce' our arrival.. haha! Coz another company was having some coporate events at the same restaurant.. and the 'emcee' let the cat out of the bag.. announced our arrival before we even reached our table =P

The cake is heavenly.. I really love chocolate! =)

Presenting COKTY~

We went off for part 2 of the programme.. haha.. nothing spectacular.. but just few adults playing with sparklers... hee!

We created quite a commotion in fact, the whole area was so smoky after that.. Im sure we will activate the smoke/fire alarm, if there are any nearby... haha!

Nice~ X'mas lightings are up as well.... =)

We parted before 12 coz Benny and Huixian were sick,.. They need ample rest~

We bade our goodbyes and spent the last few minutes of his 24th yr idling ard Sentosa =) Slowly counting down to his birthday...

Happy Birthday Mr. Koh!
