Airshow 2008

Went over to Changi Beach to watch our fighter planes dance in the sky.. HAha! It was a such a Sunny Sunday! *fans* Oh my goodness, the number of ppl there is almost equivalent to the number of ants on the beach.. (I'm kiddin =P)

This is my first time to an airshow.. It's definitely exciting to see planes flying so fast and loud, when im so used to seeing commercial planes flying at their own sweet pace.. Hee! =P

Went over to the airport with Mr Koh aft that.. We roamed the airport.. Once again, airport swept me off my feet! Totally.. HAha.. Big, Spacious, Cooling, Beautiful, Wonderful.. Lovely place! Hee.......

Went over to Vivo with Daddy and Ah Qi for our weekly Sunday brunches =) Three over-aged kids.. Eating potongs while strolling ard.. HAha! This is life.. Pure Indulgence.. =) I had to capture these moments.. Hee!

So, fast-forwarding to Wednesday night =) Went out with the girls.. Hee! First stop... Double-O.. to get free drinks! This is one of the perks of being a lady =) Along the way there with Angie baby, Something bright, flat, yellow and totally dashing caught my eye... Stop Guessing! there could only be my Dearest Lambo! *Woots* Out comes my camera, camwhoring starts! HAha...

An evening with the dogs

Went over to Bishan Park with Mr Koh and friends in the evening, to attend a social networking event.. HAha! For dogs......... Hee.. How lovely =)
So this is me with a few dogs in the background.. Let me introduce.. There's Huimei, a lovely lady I got to know through Mr Koh.. HAha! And next, there's a Chihuahua on the right top corner, affectionately known as Cookie.. He's huimei's beloved... HAha!


I'm not a fan of dogs.. In fact, Im terrified by them.. HAha! But, they look harmless enough for me to get close.. Hee.. This is like their haven loh! they run, gallop, chase and stay close to me for my 'massage' =P HAha.. Oh ya, they also 'flirt' around... These dogs arh... "tsk tsk" HAha....

So this is Mr Koh, also known as Kai Kiang... HAha! with my favourite chihuahua.. Hee... Apparently the Chihuahua is throwing tantrums (looks away).. She prefers me ma.. HAha!!
This is my favourite chihuahua... She stays close to me for my special massage k... And i offer it FOC loh... HAHa!! She is clever, knows who to go to.... *good dog*

PS. Feli, u can bring bobby and Jojo there next time.. Don't lock poor bobby at home k.. HAha! I can be his Gan ma... I will tame him... =P

Gong Xi Fa Cai

First and foremost.. I wanna wish all my friends a vv Happy Chinese New Year! =) I would always look forward to CNY coz it feels different celebrating it every year.. Besides being a year older, i have new clothes to wear, meet up with relatives to do some catching up, or just simply sitting ard watching tv.. HAha! Though I'll go to chinatown to do my new year shopping every other year, I don't get bored of it.. it's a different experience every year.. Somehow =) I love CNY..

Aniwaes.. On the eve of CNY, I had reunion lunch with my family at home.. Scrumptious feast!! HAha.. I had my fav salmon, chicken wings, jin zhen gu and hotdogs all ready.. nicely placed on the table.. HAha.. ready to battle loh!!

This is the signature dish! Originally created by my dad.. Later copied by my mum =P HAha! A must have every year... it's like CNY without mandarin oranges.. I get withdrawal symptoms if I don't have this..

We proceeded to my Auntie's place at Chinatown in the evening for reunion dinner.. HAha! This is what I call the ultimate steamboat.. U'll find the most expensive and exotic meats.. For example, there are scallops, abalone, kidney, liver.. It's so different from the simple fare I had at home.. BUT, both are still nice and warm =) I didnt take any pics of it coz I was busy eating away.. Nothing was more important than my scallops and abalone at that point of time.. HAha!

Thereafter, it was Chinatown time again.. WAR!! Poor mummy was so frightened by the rowdy crowd that she turned pale.. I had to push the crowd and make way for her.. Daddy, bro and ah qi got separated from mummy and I while we were elbowing our way at the junction.. Mummy grew even paler when she couldn't find them.. HAha! I had to save the damsel in distress... we stopped and went to a corner to save ourselves from all the psuhing.. Luckily my head was big enough to attract my dad and bro's attention.. hee!

We walked around and realized that it's about time to start counting down to the new year.. We found a good spot to watch the fireworks and firecrackers, and I started to cam-whore again =) this requires skills k.. HAha! All 5 in...

As CNY draws nearer.. I can't help but feel excited and happy! Such a joyous occasion! Families from all parts of Singapore will gather in a lil town called Chinatown (HAha!) to immerse themselves with the festive cheer! Though some squeezing, pushing and elbowing is inevitable, wells, this is the only time i enjoy mingling in crowds.. I forgive them! =P

Today I went into the heart of Chinatown again.. This time ard, to accompany mummy dearest to buy her CNY clothes.. and at the same time, get some CNY decorations for the home =) Look what I've found.. A treasure loh! Amidst the sea of Mickey-related decorations.. HAha! A cat among the RATS.. Hee... I'm so gonna hang it up.. to make sure everyone sees it!! Whee~

I went over to River Hong Bao with KK in the evening.. BUT! it hasn't really opened yet.. But thankfully, decorations were up already.. Bringing life and colour to the usually dark and quiet stretch of road..

As stalls were not up yet... The place is basically vacant.. and vv empty! Only a few occasional passer-bys.. HAha! So... KK and I went to pose as stall vendors.. I sell Ramli Burgers.. While he sells First Grade Otahs.. HAha! "Lelong lelong! Pls come and buy"...

KK is such a good actor! Look how he naturally pose like a seasoned vendor, even without otahs on the table.. HAha! =P

So now, I shall begin counting down to CNY.. and i will be 22!! Gosh.. I feel vv young =P Young young young... HAha! But, Hong Baos must still come come come... hee =)
